T-Mobile is an operator of mobile network and is a subsidiary of Deutsche Telekom. Its headquarters is in Bonn,Germany. It is owned by FreeMove Business Alliance. T-Mobile is a team of cell phone corporate subsidiaries that operate UMTS and GSM networks in the United States and Europe. The “T” denotes Telekom, it has considerable financial stakes in mobile operators in the Eastern part of Europe. On a global scale, T-Mobile has over a 100 million users, which makes it the sixth biggest cell phone service provider and the third biggest multinational company besides Vodafone and Telefonica.

T-Mobile has a significant presence in 11 European countries which are Croatia, Austria, Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia, United Kingdom, Germany Macedonia, the Netherlands, Poland and Montenegro. Attempts were made by the Deutche Telekom to buy out rival mobile network operator O2 which was finally bought by Telefonica.

T-Mobile are the kit sponsors for prime football clubs such as West Bromich Albion, Bayern Munich and Ferencvarosi. It also sponsors many sporting events like Bundesliga. T-Mobile is the biggest mobile operator with over 30 million users in Germany followed by Vodafone. In Germany the GSM network is complemented by UMTS, for which T-Mobile has shelled 8.2 billion pounds to acquire licences for Germany. Along with cell phone services, T-Mobile also provides WiFi hotspots in Europe and the United States. In United States it runs 8000 HotSpot locations for internet access including airports, hotels, coffeshops, clubs etc.

When T-Mobile undertook Wireless ISP Mobilestar the WiFi infrastructure in the United States. On behalf of T-Mobile Sony Computer Entertainment introduced a HotSpot Promotional Period and HotSpot locator for the Sony PSP and Sony Mylo systems. T-Mobile USA has been awarded the J.D Power Awards for cutomer service for 6 consecutive times. T-Mobile has substantial stakes in HT-ERONET(Bosnia and Herzegovina), Era(Poland, with 13 million subscribers). The mobile company’s prime objective is to provide high quality customer products and services that fulfil customer needs. T-Mobile delivers a simple, transparent and less expensive service known as Relax for private users and Business relax for professional purposes.
